What is a Secondary Battery? In Common words, Secondary Battery is known as Rechargeable Battery. Types of Secondary Battery: There are basically four Types of Secondary Battery. Which are the following:

l Nickel Cadmium (Ni-Cd) (Testing as per IEC 61951-1) l Nickel-Metal Hydride(Ni-MH) (Testing as per IEC 61951-2) l Lead-Acid ( Testing as per IS 1651, IEC60896-11) l Lithium-ion(Li-ion) (Testing as per IS 16046, IEC 62133)
